※ Please confirm the product color, quantity, and other options before purchasing. Once payment is successful, order options cannot be changed, and it is assumed that you agree to this return and exchange policy.

【Return/Exchange Process】

For items eligible for return/exchange, please contact the customer service center on the official website within 30 days of receipt and provide the following information. We will confirm and process your request as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following cases:

1. Items received for more than 30 days.

2. Items that have been opened or damaged, affecting resale.

3. Discounted items and items purchased with points.

4. Returns made without prior return/exchange application.

5. Items listed as non-exchangeable and non-returnable on the official website.

 

【Refund Information】

1. Generally, after we receive your returned item and confirm the return request, your refund will be processed to your payment account within 15 business days.

2. The refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount.

3. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. If a return/exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs.

5. If the customer refuses to accept the item after it has been shipped, the round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. If your order includes a gift, please return the gift along with the item. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

7. Once your ordered item is returned or refunded, any related discount codes or shopping credits cannot be reused.

8. For add-on prices, bundle discounts, member threshold gifts, and orders with gifts for purchasing specified products:

- If the main product is returned and only the add-on item is kept, the add-on item will be recalculated at the original price.

- For bundle discounts, if the return results in not meeting the promotional criteria or amount, the retained items will be recalculated at the original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.

- Add-on items or promotional items, limited-time and limited-quantity items cannot be returned or exchanged.
